Florists Network© of independent florists. Our network is comprised of
individual flower shops throughout Canada, that maintain memberships in FTD®,
Teleflora®, 1-800-flowers®, and the Flower Shop Network® resulting in broad
coverage from the best florists in Canada. From the largest city to the
smallest town, if there is a florist serving that community we can arrange your
flower delivery in Canada.
No more searching blindly on the internet, keeping your fingers crossed
hoping to find a quality florist to fill your order!
Members of the Canada Florists Network© is based on
flowershops with the highest quality flowers, accurate delivery service, fewest
customer complaints, and broad flower availability with fewest substitutions. Just because a florist is a
member of a wire service does not mean they are quality florists! Since 1992,
our listing of florists is continuously changing as we only deal with the best
shops available. As such, excellent florists are added and poor performing
flower shops are sometimes removed. In larger cities when searching for Toronto
florists, Victoria
flower delivery, Montreal flowers, Calgary flower shops
and Edmonton
flowershops for example, there are hundreds of florists to choose
from. But only 3 or 4 shops make our preferred list in each city. Rather than
only dealing with your single order, members of the network are obligated to
“get it right the first time…and every time” or risk losing hundreds of flower
orders each year generated through the network.
For our customers, you can be assured that the best
shop in the area is filling your order. If there are any complaints or concerns
about your order, a resolution of a partial or full refund, or a replacement
gift is made within 24 hours. We truly take your concerns personally, and do everything
in our power to correct any shortcomings. We strive to develop lifetime
relationships with our customers, not just for one order. Further, the
offending flower shop is put on notice, and may be suspended or removed from
our network if necessary.
One other thing you will notice is that all invoicing
originates from our Victoria Head Office. With all orders being processed from
one location, our customers are provided with a reliable, consistent, and
efficient method of handling your orders quickly and accurately. When we
process your order, we email you a detailed Order Confirmation Invoice with all
the details…the product, prices, taxes, and greeting card message. This
provides you with the opportunity to make any corrections or eliminate any typos
before your order is delivered. Your Invoice is a written copy of the same
information that goes to the floral designer and the flower delivery service.
They see exactly what you see on the Invoice…without your credit card
information of course!
With this system there is an additional security
benefit in that our system DOES NOT RETAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION once
the order is processed. There are no pieces of paper filed away with your
confidential information. Your credit card number is purged from the system, so
that even our returning customers have to be asked for this information each
time, but it’s well worth the extra time because of privacy concerns. An
additional benefit is that for important occasions like birthdays &
anniversaries, we send you a reminder email the following year, as well as
being enrolled to receive any nation-wide promotional discounts we may be
offering from time to time.
Same day flower delivery from our member florists is
available nationally when you order flowers in Canada or even flowers in the
U.S. online or by phone, if the order is received before 1:00 pm.
International
flower delivery with individual product catalogues and prices is now
also available to over 170 countries with 24 business hours notice of placing
your order. Exception is for peak flower holidays such as Valentine's Day,
Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving when 72 business hours notice
is requested.
Gifts and flowers for delivery cannot be guaranteed on
Sundays or on statutory holidays in certain communities, and may be delivered a
day earlier if time permits.

give us a call to place a custom order. Our operation is open 24/7 with trained
florists to take your call or to order your gifts & flowers online. We can
send flowers, roses, balloons, fruit baskets, floral arrangements and gourmet
food baskets at all price levels.
