Direct Ship Delivery Policies

These unique, custom designed items are NOT supplied by a florist but are constructed at a central manufacturing center to ensure a consistent, high quality product at the lowest possible price to our customers. Items are then sent by courier for overnight delivery.
There is a 12pm EST cut-off time for most items. If an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
Orders received after noon on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery of your gift may be delayed.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient will still be in the hospital.
Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO’s.

Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
