notice that all invoicing originates from our Victoria Head Office. With all
orders being processed from one location, our customers are provided with a
reliable, consistent, and efficient method of handling your orders quickly and
accurately. When we process your order, we email you a detailed Order
Confirmation Invoice with all the details…the product, prices, taxes, and
greeting card message. This provides you with the opportunity to make any
corrections or eliminate any typos before your order is delivered. Your Invoice
is a written copy of the same information
that goes to the floral designer and the flower delivery service. They see exactly what you see on the
