Direct Ship Delivery Policies
- There is a 12pm EST
cut-off time for most items. If an item is ordered after that time it
will ship the following business day.
- Orders received after
noon on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following
Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- A valid telephone number
needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL
with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided,
than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
- Changes to address
information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00
charge
- The delivery service may
leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not
guarantee time delivery requests.
- Gifts to recipients in
hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process
the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
- Item cannot be shipped to
P.O. boxes or APO’s.
- Deliveries to remote
areas may take an additional day.
