Dear Sirs and Ladies,

I recently ordered a plant for a friend in Richmond B.C. who had suffered the
loss of her mother. Since I am in Texas I found your site on the internet and
literally held my breath that I would get something at least decent.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you thank you for the
absolutely beautiful arrangement you sent. It was everything I would have
picked out if I had done so personally. Additionally the plant arrived in

Hi...

Mr. Rich Graziano called you yesterday from Texas to order a dozen red roses
for me here in Victoria, BC. It was Valentine's Day.

Unexpectedly, (even to him), the flowers were delivered to me by a Valentine
Clown all dressed in red. The children in the neighbourhood gathered -It
was a very nice touch! I just wanted to thank you.

I took a digital picture of my flowers so I could email it to Rich. He
could see exactly what he had sent to me, what he had paid for, as of course
the recipient always says "oh it's lovely". I'm attaching a picture of the
roses. It's a good one!
