Did you know
that there is a BIG difference between a long-stem, florist quality rose &
a short-stem rose? Long-stems are thicker so that when the stems are cut, there
is a larger area for water absorption. The more water a rose is able to
“drink”, the longer your roses will last. Also, short-stem roses are cut in an
immature state which means that the size of the bloom is normally much smaller
and the visual impact is much less when your blooms fully open.
